Kielbasa and Potatoes

Hot German Potato Salad Recipes have been in the family for centuries, This recipe is a family favorite and will easily feed six or more hungry people.
Ingredients:
6 Medium Potatoes Sliced and Peeled
2 Medium Onions Peeled and Diced
1 lb Bacon
2 lbs Kielbasa or Polish Sausage Cut or Cubed
2/3 cup of Apple Cider or White Vineagar
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/8 tsp Dry Mustard
2 Table Spoons Chopped Parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Flour
Procedure:
1. Boil potatoes until fully cooked and soft .
2. Fry up bacon until crisp. Save bacon drippings for below.
3. Mix water with flour and sir until no longer lumpy.
3. In a deep pan, add onions,bacon drippings, vinegar, flour water mixture and sugar .
4. Add Keilbasa, and potatoes to mixture.
5. Crumble up bacons and combine.
6. Cook on medium low heat until ready to serve.
This takes about 45-60 minutes and serve Hot!
