Ive had the pleasure of helping many people in Los Angeles with removing raccoons from there property. Sometimes the female has had a litter in the walls or attic. Other times the grass of a beautifull lawn has been rolled up so the masked bandits can get the tastey grubbs under the sod. A few, worse case events, were missing Koi fish or prized mccaws.
Raccoons in Los Angeles have needs which draw them to our homes. Shelter, Food, and water. Provide them with all three and dont be surprised to hear the screeming of baby raccoons in april or may.
When called upon to remove wildlife in Los Angeles from a home, we here at Anytime Animal Control want you to feel good about it. We use humane methods to capture the animal and when ever possible it will be released into habitat where it will have all it needs, away from houses.
From time to time we find orphaned baby raccoons. In which case, we will take the youngsters to one of the many wildlife rehab. ctrs.in Los Angeles-Orange-and San Diego counties.
We also repair the dammage caused by the animals and dis infect the area.
